This Disclaimer & Legal Liability Waiver (the “Waiver“) outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of The Healing Chat platform (the “Platform“) and its associated services (collectively, the “Services“). By accessing or using the Platform or Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Waiver.

Limitation of Liability:

The Healing Chat will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. In no event shall The Healing Chat‘s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Platform or Services.

All content on the Platform, including text, audio, video, and other materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without the express written consent of The Healing Chat.

This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Waiver shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
