This Return and Refund Policy outlines the rules and procedures for our physical products and digital downloads in compliance with US and Wyoming consumer laws.

1. No Returns on Physical Products

All physical art sales are final. Due to the delicate nature of the artwork and the high cost of shipping, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges for a change of mind (buyer’s remorse). Certain types of physical goods cannot be returned or refunded, such as the artworks listed in our shop section.

• Shipping Timeline: Please note that standard shipment and delivery for our physical products take up to 14 business days.

2. Digital Downloads and Online Services

Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads are generally non-refundable.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your digital download or online service, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We will review your request and issue a full refund under our satisfaction guarantee.

3. Transport Damage

If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, you are eligible for a refund. To initiate a refund for a physical product due to transport damage, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Email our support team at info@thehealingchat.com with your order number.

3. Include clear photographic proof of the damaged artwork as well as the damaged packaging so we can process an insurance claim.

4. Our team will review your claim and send you instructions on how and where to send your package, if a return is deemed necessary. Please do not send the product back to us without first requesting authorization via email.

4. Shipping Costs

In the event of damage during transport, we will cover any necessary return shipping costs.

5. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.
